Terms of use
Last updated October 31, 2026
Tuesday Off is the business name of Dmitriy Ivanovskiy, based in the Washington, DC area. These terms cover your use of this website (tuesdayoff.com). By using the site, you agree to them.
The information on this site
The site describes the kind of work I do. It's general information, not advice for your particular business. The examples show the kind of things I can set up; they aren't reports of past projects or promises of specific results.
The time calculator
The calculator gives a rough estimate based on the numbers you choose and on my assumption that about half of repetitive work can be automated. It isn't a quote, and it doesn't promise any amount of time saved.
Quotes and projects
Nothing on this site is an offer to do work at a certain price. Any project starts only when we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement, not this website, sets out what I'll do, the price and the other terms.
No guarantee
I try to keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided "as is", without any warranty. It may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website or relying on its information. This doesn't affect any written agreement we sign for a project.
Law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
