Hi, I'm Dmitriy.

I automate the repetitive work in your business.

I set up AI tools that answer your phone, sort your email, fill in your paperwork and keep your apps in sync, so you have more time for the work that needs you. No tech background needed. I explain everything in plain English.

What I can automate for you

Common problems for small business owners, and what I'd do about each one.

By the time I've answered email, half the morning is gone, and important ones still get missed.

Your inbox can sort itself before you open it.

Anything that needs your decision goes to the top. Receipts and newsletters get filed. Routine questions arrive with a reply already written; you read it and press send.

Sorted as it arrives

We miss calls when we're busy with customers, and every missed call is lost business.

An AI receptionist can pick up when you can't, day or night.

It answers in a natural voice, books the appointment, and sends you a text only when something can't wait. Every call comes with a short written summary.

Answered 24/7

Tell me which of these applies to you, and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.

Every new order gets typed in three times: the spreadsheet, QuickBooks and the calendar.

Your apps can pass the order along to each other. Setting that up is my job.

A new order on your website can create the customer record, the invoice and the calendar entry without anyone retyping it. You keep the software you know. You no longer have to copy information between them.

Typed once, never again

Quotes, invoices, reminders. Same paperwork every week, just different names.

Repetitive paperwork is the easiest thing to hand off.

The details come from what you already have, like the customer's email or last month's invoice. The document waits for you to check, and nothing is sent until you approve it.

Waiting for your approval

I keep hearing I should be using AI. Where do I even start?

Start with a list of the tasks that take up your week, not with AI.

On a free 45-minute call we go through a normal week together: where work comes in, what gets typed twice, what you put off until Friday. Then I tell you which task to automate first, and which ones aren't worth the money.

Have a different question? Send it to me and I'll answer it personally.

More I can set up

These are in addition to the email, phone and app connections above. Everything works with the tools you already have: your email, phone line, calendar, website and accounting software.

Chat assistant for your website and social media
Answers common questions at any hour and passes anything it can't answer to you.
Automated paperwork
Quotes, invoices, reminders and follow-ups drafted and waiting for your approval.
Finding new customers
A steady list of potential customers similar to your best ones, ready to contact.
Marketing drafts in your voice
Newsletters, social posts and articles written each week for you to approve.

Have a different task in mind? If it's repetitive and done on a computer, tell me about it.

How much time could you get back?

Move the sliders to match your business. This is a rough estimate, not a promise: it assumes about half of your repetitive work can be handed off. Your real share could be higher or lower.

10 hours a week back

About 520 hours and $20,800 a year

How we'd work together

  1. Talk it through

A free 45-minute call. You tell me how your week goes. I listen for what's repetitive and tell you honestly what's worth automating and what isn't. You get a written quote afterwards.

  2. Build, test, approve

I set up one piece at a time and test it on your real emails, calls and paperwork before it goes live. Small automations take days; bigger ones a few weeks.

  3. Keep it working

I show you and your team how to use it, monitor it, and adjust it as your business changes. You can always reach me directly.

The person you'll be working with

I'm Dmitriy Ivanovskiy. I've spent more than ten years in tech, first as a software engineer building systems, then as a project manager making sure projects finished on time and that everyone, technical or not, understood what was happening and why.

Now I use both kinds of experience to help small and medium-sized businesses. I build the tools myself, and I explain them the way I'd want them explained to me: clearly and simply.

  • Plain English, always. If I can't explain it simply, I shouldn't be building it.
  • One person, start to finish. I'm on the call, I build it, and I'm the one you contact if something isn't working.
  • One thing first. We automate a single task and use it for a couple of weeks before choosing the next.
  • You stay in control. Anything that goes out to customers can wait for your approval.

Common questions

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. If you can use email and a smartphone, you can use what I set up. I handle the technical side and show you and your team exactly what to do, in plain language.

What if the AI gets something wrong with a customer?

It's set up to limit the damage from any mistake. Anything that goes out to customers, like replies, quotes or invoices, can wait for your approval until you trust it. The assistant answers only from information you've approved, and passes anything unusual to you instead of guessing. If a mistake does happen, tell me and I'll fix what caused it.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Zapier myself?

You can, and for simple things you should. Where most owners get stuck is connecting everything to their own email, calendar and accounting, testing it on real cases, and keeping it working when something changes. That's the part I do. If a tool you can set up yourself is enough, I'll tell you on the call.

How much does it cost?

Every project is quoted individually, because a small inbox helper and a full phone receptionist are very different jobs. After our free call, you get a written quote with a fixed scope, so there are no surprises. Most automations also run on services with a small monthly fee. Your quote lists those too, so you know the ongoing cost before you decide.

How long does it take?

Small automations are often ready within days. Larger projects usually take a few weeks. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote.

Will I have to switch software?

Usually not. I work with what you already use, like Gmail or Outlook, QuickBooks, Square, your calendar and your website. If something truly needs changing, I'll explain why before we do anything.

What happens if something breaks?

You contact me directly. I can also monitor everything through an optional monthly support plan, so problems get caught and fixed before they reach your customers. Everything I build is documented and runs on standard tools, so if I'm ever unavailable, another developer can pick it up.

Is my business and customer data safe?

Your data is used only to do the work you've asked for, and access is limited to what each tool needs. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we look at anything sensitive.

Do you only work with businesses in the DC area?

No. I'm glad to meet in person anywhere in the Washington, DC area, and I work remotely with businesses anywhere in the world.

Tell me which tasks take up too much of your time. A few sentences are enough.

What happens next

  1. I email you within one business day with a few times for the call, or call you if you left a number.
  2. We talk for 45 minutes about how your week actually goes. Video, phone, or in person in the Washington, DC area.
  3. You get a written quote with a fixed scope, or an honest "this isn't worth automating." No obligation either way.
