Tuesday Off is the business name of Dmitriy Ivanovskiy, based in the Washington, DC area. This page explains what this website (tuesdayoff.com) collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
When you send the contact form
Your name, email address and message, plus your business name and phone number if you fill them in. The same goes for anything you send me by email.
When you visit the site
- Visit counts. I use a visit-counting service to see how many people visit, which pages they read, which site sent them, their browser and device type, and their country. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and never sees what you type into the form.
- Server logs. The company that hosts the site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser. These are used to keep the site running, secure and free of spam.
The site doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers or social media pixels, and doesn't follow you across other sites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
How I use it
- To reply to you, arrange a call, prepare a quote, and do the work if we agree on a project.
- To see how many people visit the site and what they read, so I can improve it.
- To keep the site and the form working and free of spam.
I don't sell your information, I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't use it for advertising.
Who handles it for me
A few services handle this information so the site can work: a hosting provider, an email delivery service, my email provider, and a visit-counting service. Each one only uses it to provide its service to me. Otherwise I only share your information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Form messages and emails stay in my inbox while we're in touch. If we don't end up working together, I delete them within two years. If we do work together, I keep our messages for as long as I need them for the project and for my business and tax records.
What you can ask for
You can ask me to show you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@tuesdayoff.com and I'll reply within 30 days. I may keep what I'm required to keep by law, such as invoices.
Where it's stored
Your information may be stored in the United States or other countries where these services operate.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
